OASE BIOsys4set filter system is suitable for garden ponds up to a max. of 65,000 litres. And with the BIOsys4 a doubling of the filter surface can be achieved with differing effects, through connecting filter components in parallel.
In the OASE BIOsys4 filter system pond filter denitrification and nitrification areas are improved and their affectivity is sustainably increased. Polluted pond water is transported into the filter system by the Aquamax 10000. Optimal oxygen supply for microorganisms takes place in the blue zone and while in Red zone of the BIOsys4 filter system effective denitrification happens through slower flow speeds and anaerobic areas within the filter.
