The Bitron UVC  clarifier is developed for garden ponds, keeping them clean and clarifying the water in ponds its through its developed technology. Bitron UVC devices can be connected to the Boitec filters and they are available in six variant.

Note that the light tubes have to be changed after 10,000 functioning hours, as this may guarantee a full strength capacity of the UVC lights.

Oase Bitron UVC units can be used as a stand-alone units with other types of pond filters or connected as an integrated part of the Oase Biotec Pond Filter system. All Bitron UVS units incorporate a unique by-pass system which means some water can be directed past the UVC and some directly into the pond filter helping to keep a biological balance. A built in magnet and cleaning device enables you to clean the UVC quartz sleeve in situ, and the magnet prevents limescale build-up on the quartz sleeve, thus rducing maintenance and improving UV performance
